Service Terms & Conditions
  1. Reliable nursing professionals are deployed; a mandatory one-month advance fee must be paid before service starts.
  2. Client is responsible for the safety of all valuables and jewelry at home.
  3. Nursing service is strictly for the registered patient only.
  4. No household or personal chores should be assigned to the staff.
  5. Organization is not responsible for side effects, allergies, or patient demise.
  6. Fees must be paid directly to the organization via Check/DD/Online.
  7. Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
  8. Staff is entitled to 2 days of leave per month.
  9. 4 hours of night rest is mandatory for 24-hour shifts.
  10. Minimum service commitment is 15 days upon registration.
  11. Client must provide free food and clean accommodation for staff.
  12. 7 days advance written notice is required for cancellation.
  13. Cancellation form must be filled for any refund process.
  14. Physical or verbal abuse leads to termination without refund.
  15. Organization reserves the right to change assigned staff.
  16. No form of harassment will be tolerated in the client's house.
  17. Payment delays lead to immediate suspension of services.
  18. Staff illness replacements will be tried within 24 hours.
  19. Legal Jurisdiction: Subject to Davanagere jurisdiction only.
