Employment Terms & Conditions
  1. Criminal Records: Any previous criminal cases must be disclosed to the company before joining.
  2. Absconding/Advance: If staff takes an advance payment and fails to report for duty, legal action will be initiated.
  3. Direct Payment: Collecting money directly from customers is strictly prohibited; results in termination and legal action.
  4. Maintain honesty and integrity in all professional duties.
  5. Follow company working hours strictly.
  6. Keep all company and client confidential information private.
  7. Behave politely with customers and colleagues.
  8. Request leave at least 2 days in advance for approval.
  9. Monthly salary will be paid by the 10th of every month.
  10. The company reserves the right to terminate employment for any rule violation.
  11. Compensation for accidents will be provided as per company policy.
  12. Absence for 3 consecutive days without permission results in automatic termination.
  13. Transfer to other locations may be required based on necessity.
  14. Mandatory participation in all training programs.
  15. 15 days advance notice is required before leaving the job.
  16. Uniform and Identity Card are mandatory during work hours.
  17. Strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
  18. Submit only genuine and verified documents.
  19. Careful use of company property is mandatory.
  20. Consumption of alcohol and tobacco is strictly prohibited at the workplace.
